jessie robertson danny bolick

Very rare do you see back to back winners in one division, but Jessie Robertson and Danny Bolick treated the WRP fans to back to back wins in both divisions!

Robertson and his dragster took on the mighty red Camaro piloted by Tim Adams in the finals. Adams was a little to anxious and turned on the red light giving Robertson the win on the starting line!
Bolick and his Mustang was pared up with the hired gun from the Stockyard militia, former WRP champion Norman Powell. Powell didn’t give it away on the line, but Bolick was .001 of a second away from a perfect start and it was all over at that point.
This week Wilkesboro Raceway Park has 2 nights of racing on the slate. First up, Thursday night test and tune, only $10 gets you in to race your buddies or to watch them go down the strip...

In Top ET Mike Davis in his Camaro & Scotty Johnson and his Opel GT carved their way thru one of the largest fields of the year to meet in the finals.
Normally when Johnson reaches the finals he’ll turn on the win light, but not this time! Davis turned on the power & took home his first win of the year.
Modified ET saw another GM final when the classic Novas of  four time track champion Johnny Hodges & David Knight. Hodges gave a championship effort, but Knight wouldn’t be denied, and took the win.
